It's been a bumper year end for us. A helter skelter ride for all, first the recession, then the freeze, and now the cloud over the UK. HML are having a fantastic Spring, raising the roof, with more great campaigns.

Established in 1978, Diamond Centre of Wales have grown to become the premier Diamond Centre in Wales. They are a unique Jewellers and provide a genuine valued proposition. As each item is designed in-house it is bespoke and manufactured on-site saving customers an average of 40% on high street prices.

For Christmas 2009, a campaign delivered by HML to coincided with Radio and Google advertising, comprised three email broadcast sent to customers leading up to Christmas.

Head of marketing and co-owner Sharon James reported that the email broadcasts was the -

'the best spend per buck, especially compared to magazine ads, which unlike email broadcast took time to get results and is difficult to measure.'

As a result further email campaigns have followed, and their first official newsletter designed by HML, to announce the forthcoming Exclusive Spring Gallery Event.




DecTek launch New Product

Dave Beese, is head of business development at DecTek, a major UK manufacture of resin domed badges.

With a reputation for manufacturing high quality named badges, at best market value, Dave wanted to make existing customers aware of their full products range and to sign up new resellers.

After an initial planning phase to build on their comprehensive Google Adword campaigns, Dave was ready to work with Gavin, our eMarketing specialist to prepare their first eMail campaign.

Initially, a pilot to target end-users of the product, provided some invaluable insight into the school market segment for named badges.

This paved the way for their first Newsletter which was planned for Christmas 2009 and did indeed generate much needed awareness of their full product range, and resulted in many new inquiries from resellers.

'From out first company Newsletter and competition, 25 customers have inquired and it's helped us to make everyone aware of all our product offerings. Looking forward to doing the next one.'
