From their Head Office in the heart of South Wales, RMS we're keen to build on their reputation for being UK's leading retail support service and the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG) we're keen to help. After an initial consultation the WAG decided to support an initiative to provide assistance for a comprehensive website development. A specification for the tender process was sent to suitable businesses.
HML, after a tender process to present our proposals, were proud to be chosen to provide a website for RMS. The proposal aimed to present a new vibrant look that truly represented RMS as a retail support market leader. HML, over 2 months, worked closely with Peter and his colleagues Judy and Wayne to ensure that we delivered the correct marketing message to RMS customers. The new website aimed to portray a lively and refreshing lifestyle brand that would sit proud with the best in industry. And underpin RMS strong routes as a home grown in Wales company and market leader in their field which is strengthened by their powerful company brand.
Project Process
HML offer a consultation and project management process. A project manager is allocated to ensure we liaise between the client, our designer and developers to ensure that communication is effective, informative and ultimately delivers the website to the highest standards within agreed timeframes.
