Question: How do I configure my e-mail client?
Answer:

Please enter the following data:

Server for incoming mail (pop3): pop.1and1.co.uk
Server for outgoing mail (smtp): auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk

Please note that our smtp server (outgoing mailserver) requires you to log in before it will accept any emails. Please use the same username/password as you do for retrieving emails (e.g. pt123456-1234)

NoteNote: New Registered email accounts may take up to four hours! Please wait a minimum of 3 Hours before trying!
Password and mailbox names will be emailed before the 3 hours
